Had 3 nights in this appealing and exceptionally comfortable hotel, spent our time here really good. Marvellous and gorgeous location, it was next to service was also great and nature and a beautiful golf course. Furthermore, in clubhouse after one breakfast. Staff were EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, room was normal double and reasonably large with a view if staying longer.

Good value, considering that everything is nice. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with balcony as well as a dining table and care about everyone. It has very courteous and accommodating staff team at reception desk. The downstairs bar is adjoining.

The dinner and bar service was good on Saturday night.
Our room location was poor and we were disturbed well past midnight on both nights by people talking loudly below. Yhe reception said when we were checking out that the rooms overlooking the golf course were better. If so why were we not given that oppertunity when registering

found the staff very friendly and welcomeing. felt at ease during stay.
confusion over room pricing too many different offers on rooms people do talk to each other and prices of stay always comes up,can be annoying when you have paid more for same stay.

One word answers are hopeless - the reception desk - until last person to deal with me were not brilliantly helpful but restaurant were really nice. Obviously I booked because of location AND really good rate - I was looking for a night's break on a drive to Cornwall but was misled by the website - golfing paradise isn't mine and I did rather miss a nice garden or outside space to sit in!
As I said - reception on arrival not great or helpful until pushed - no one said there was a lift as I - not really elderly but 67 and tired - lugged my case upstairs...... It wasn't ideal for me because I wanted a country location with some welcoming outside to sit in not just cars and gold course - as I said above didn't analyse the Booked.net website closely enough!! also your walls are rather thin and the very noisy couple next door woke me at midnight, talked loudly for about an hour and then had an alarm call at 6 am - not what I wanted instead of a good night's sleep....

Great stay with super friendly staff
Had an awesome night! The room was super cozy and clean. The complimentary tea/coffee was a nice bonus. The breakfast had loads of tasty options, especially the eggs. Just a shame the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Made it tricky to plan my day. Still, loved the relaxed vibe overall!

Very convenient, good size room for the price and excellent spa facilities!
The option to have breakfast later would have been good - we felt we were late arriving at 9am as it seemed to be mainly business people!

We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely spa facilities, especially the spacious swimming pool where our kids had a blast splashing around. The friendly staff made sure we felt right at home, and the breakfast was delicious. Our family dog was also welcomed.
In my wife's opinion, the changing rooms could use a thorough cleaning for comfort. A few more family-friendly changing areas would really help during busy times.

The overall stay was lovely. A nice, clean room with an amazing shower.
We received a few odd comments from staff, maybe they're just a little too honest to customers.
